Our glass flake for manual application coatings is widely used in the anti-corrosion coating industry, and works best when mixed into trowel based applications. ACF-100 is not recommended to be used in coatings requiring spray type applications. We offer finer particles sizes to accommodate spray requirements.
Typical uses:Our high performance additive for manual coatings was developed to form a multi-layer tortuous path for any MVT, significantly reducing the risk from corrosion attack. The most common uses include:
Product Designation | Nominal Flake Thickness (Microns) | Bulk Density (lbs/ft3) | Particle Size Distribution (Microns) | Surface Treatment | Packaging lb (kg) |
