ACF-200 is our most commonly purchased product and has the same anti-corrosive properties as ACF-100, but can be used in both spray and trowel applied coatings.
Typical uses: Flake glass is suitable for use in many applications and in a wide variety of surface coatings. Our ACF-200 was developed to form a multi-layer tortuous path for any MVT, significantly reducing the risk from corrosion attack. The most common uses include:
|Product Designation||Nominal Flake Thickness (Microns)||Bulk Density (lbs/ft3)||Particle Size Distribution (Microns)||Surface Treatment||Packaging lb (kg)|
|ACF-200||5 ± 1||42 ± 5||< 106 (20-50%)
|None||Kraft bag 44lb (20kg)|
|ACFT*-200||5 ± 1||42 ± 5||Same as ACF-200||Silane see below||Same as ACF-200|
